BOOBA RUBA - Booba Ruba is owned by Cat Powers whose inspiration for her beautiful handmade clothing comes from her children, Ruby and Mason. Located in Dummerston, VT, Booba Ruba makes everything from infant clothing through size 7/8, aprons, bibs, and even handmade doll dresses.

TIM BURNS ("TOYS FROM THE WOODS") - Many of you will remember Tim's gorgeous, hand crafted wooden barns and castles from the Brattleboro Farmer's Market. Both Sprout stores offer these magnificent craftings of imagination on our play tables for all children to enjoy.

SWEETBRIER BOTANICALS - Sweetbrier Farm is located close to our Brattleboro store in East Dummerston, VT. Family owned and operated, Sweetbrier Botanicals is a wonderfully calming line of natural, organic, and peacefully soothing line of products for babies and parents too!

VERMONT DIAPER COMPANY - Designed especially for the needs of women, Vermont Diaper Company's "Sorrella Luna" 100% organic cotton feminine products have been a wonderful addition to Sprout. The Vermont Diaper Co. is located in Montpelier, Vermont.

LOVEYBUMS - Makers of one of the most fabulous cloth diapers we carry, Loveybums is located nearby our Brattleboro, VT store in Amherst, Massachusetts. They are Co-Op America approved and we are proud to carry their natural and organic fitted diapers, all-in-ones, and beautiful wool covers.

HAPPY MAMA ESSENTIALS - One of the first visitors to our Brattleboro, VT location in 2006 was Leyea, owner of Happy Mama Essentials located in Maine. A wonderful blend of pregnancy, birthing, postpartum blends and more can be found at Sprout.

KUSIKUY - Located right around the corner from our Brattleboro store, Tammy is the proud owner of Kusikuy clothing for women and children. Hand made in Bolivia using the finest Alpaca wool and organic cottons, Tammy and her daughter are frequent and familiar visitors to our store. Kusikuy is also part of Co-Op America, the Fair Trade Federation, and prides themselves on "10 years of eco-ethical social elegance".

LOVE & TEA CO. - Located in Montpelier, VT, Jen and her family are not only the makers of the wonderful selection of teas that focus on a specific element in life, but Jen also conducts "tea time" workshops in our Burlington store.

FANTASY WEAR BY JILL GREENE - Many of you enjoy Jill's stylish fantasy wear for pretend play and just plain fun! Located in Dummerston, VT, Jill's Fantasy Wear is "magical fun for all ages".

IN THE GARDEN BY LAURA KWASNIEWSKI - When she's not helping a customer or meticulously organizing our Brattleboro store, "Laura K." hand crafts our beautiful Tag-a-Longs that often last from infancy through childhood. Laura has been an employee in our Brattleboro store since opening day in June 2006 and we are so happy to have her.

DANISH WOOLEN DELIGHT - Here in Vermont, we are very thankful that Janice and Danish Woolen Delight are so close during these chilly winter months! Located in Westford, VT, Danish Woolen Delight supplies all of the woolens that we carry from LANACare and Hocosa. Several local and regional schools enjoy the pre-orders that we offer before winter rolls in!

NORTH STAR TOYS - Although not "local" to Vermont, North Star Toys is still considered part of our Sprout family in Questa, New Mexico as a small, family-owned business that hand crafts one of our most popular rattles and other unique and non-toxic wooden toys.
